Sheet Metal Bending & Formed Parts
Our sheet metal bending and formed parts service covers press-brake bending, roll forming and secondary forming to customer drawings. Components are produced with controlled bend radii, angles and edge quality for enclosures, brackets, frames and structural parts.
Forming Processes and Bending Capability
Bend allowance, inside radius and spring-back are considered against material thickness and temper. Components are formed from sheared or laser-cut blanks, and complex parts may combine bending with welding and finishing.

Dimensional Control and Delivery
First-off parts are checked for bend angle, radius and overall dimensions before batch running. Inspection reports can be provided with the delivery, and parts are packed to protect formed faces during transit.
Quantities range from one-off prototypes to repeat batches. Final configuration and quotation are to be confirmed on enquiry.
