Stator and rotor lamination components and machined motor parts produced to drawing for electric motor and generator applications, with stack and bore tolerances controlled during machining.
Price and lead time are quoted per configuration and quantity. Send us your part or capacity requirement and we will come back with a quotation.
We supply stator and rotor lamination components and machined motor parts to customer drawings for electric motor, generator and rotating-equipment applications, with stack, bore and face tolerances controlled during machining.
Laminations and machined motor parts are produced in electrical steels, carbon steels and selected non-ferrous grades. The table below lists typical reference options; the grade, coating and tolerance class are confirmed to suit the drawing and the application.
| Material / Option | Typical Form | Typical Use |
|---|---|---|
| Silicon electrical steel (non-oriented) | 0.35–1.0 mm sheet | Motor and generator cores |
| Carbon steel (45# / Q235) | Bar / plate | Shafts, housings, end plates |
| Aluminium 6061 | Bar / plate | Lightweight rotor components |
| Copper / brass | Bar / strip | Rings, contacts, connectors |
| Surface finish: varnish coating, phosphate, zinc plating, anodising | — | Insulation and corrosion protection |
Lamination stacks may be clamped, riveted or bonded as required, and machined features such as bores, keyways and mounting faces are produced on the agreed datums. Balance and concentricity are considered where the application demands them.

Dimensional checks cover bore, stack length and face run-out before despatch, and inspection records can be supplied on request.

Enquiries are handled from drawing or sample. We review material, stack build and tolerances, quote accordingly, and produce to the agreed specification. Final configuration and quotation are to be confirmed on enquiry.
Tell us the parts you machine and the batch size — we will recommend a machine or process that fits.
