The O/X-series is a large gantry machining center family represented by the O-4025 and X-6030 formats. It is intended for oversized moulds, thick plates and structural workpieces where both a wide gantry and a long longitudinal travel are required.
Selection & Foundation Installation Notes
Select the model by the maximum part envelope rather than by average jobs, and confirm gantry clearance, Z travel and table load against the heaviest workpiece. Because of the machine size, a dedicated reinforced foundation and a careful levelling sequence are important; geometry should be verified after anchoring and after the first cutting trials.
Structural Rigidity Highlights
The double-column gantry and the heavy base are designed to resist torsion and deflection across the long travel range. Large-section guideways, a stiff cross-rail and a ribbed table support stable cutting even when the spindle head reaches the extremes of its stroke.
