Custom machined brass and copper parts produced to customer drawings, covering fittings, bushes, terminals, contacts and other small precision components. Brass and copper machine freely and take a clean finish, which suits electrical, plumbing and instrument applications where appearance and conductivity both matter.

|---|---|
| Materials | Free-cutting brass; copper; phosphor bronze; nickel silver on request |
| Operations | Turning, milling, drilling, tapping, threading, knurling, slitting |
| General tolerances | General machining tolerances to drawing; tighter on request |
| Surface finish | As-machined or polished; brushed and satin finishes on request |
| Surface treatment | Nickel or tin plating, lacquering against tarnish, per drawing |
| Threads | Metric, imperial, BSP and NPT forms as specified |
| Order quantity | Samples and small runs through to repeat batches |
Materials & Finishes
Grade selection is driven by the duty of the part: free-cutting brass for high-volume turned work, copper where conductivity is the priority, and bronze grades where wear resistance is needed. Plating or lacquering is often added to keep the surface bright in service, and the finish is agreed against the drawing before machining.
Features & Tolerances
Small threads, fine grooves and close-fitting bores are typical of this family, so edges are kept clean and burr-free for safe handling and reliable assembly. Where a part seals or carries current, the mating feature is checked against the drawing rather than left to nominal sizes.
Drawing & Delivery
Provide the drawing, model or a sample and the part will be reviewed for manufacturability, with the suggested grade and finish returned with the quotation. Sample parts can be supplied for approval ahead of the production run.
The options above are typical for brass and copper parts; the final material, finish and quotation are subject to confirmation on enquiry.
